Ipv6 ping transmit failure1/31/2024 I'm also open to the possibility there's a problem on Comcast's side, but I have made IPv6 work with DD-WRT in the past (with only one caveat which I had to enter v6 DNS servers for Google Public DNS). I've unblocked as much as I can without just opening everything, and I am without any more ideas. It's like I am in some kind of IPv6 limbo where I am getting a prefix and IPs but can't do anything with it. but can't ping that hostname or the IPv6 address that it resolves to. My router can lookup and can reverse lookup that IP to a 1e100 hostname. My router can't ping my PC's link-local or 2601 address. From there I had to create new VM's for each vhdx. I have to reinstall windows and re-add the vm role to the server. My PC can ping my router at fe80::1:1 but can't ping my router's 2601 address (transmit failed.
